I have my package booked for my family of four (at CBR), $200 deposit paid. Now I would like to reserve a second room and request that it be connecting.

What is the best way to go about doing this?

TIA!

Call Disney.

I'm wondering if it would allow me to book a room only under my name, even though I have a package at the same time. I really hate calling Disney if I can help it.

You have no guarantee that the two rooms will connect though. It's just a request.

You can't be the lead name on both reservations. Are you adding another room to get more space or is someone joining you?

If you have another adult going along, put the room in their name and have them deleted from the first reservation. Keep in mind that if you have 2 adults 2 kids and the rooms end up not connecting an adult has to sleep in each room.

There is no guarantee of connecting rooms. Your best bet (in terms of cost and guarantee of extra space) would be to look into a 1-bedroom villa, an AoA or AsMu suite, a Ft. W Cabin or a CSR Jr. suite.
