How to request Disney Rewards card?

I'm sorry if this is a repeat question, but I'm on the Bank One website, signed into my account, and I don't see where I go to request my rewards card?

In the drop down menu, pick "Manage Rewards" and click "Go". Then click on "view rewards". Then you'll see the balance. Then in the pull down menu select "order reward items". Then follow the directions.

I got all the way to the end & clicked on order & it said they were unable to complete my request & I have to call customer service. UGH! I wonder what is wrong???

Hey, it's not like I'm an expert or something. Most of the time I don't know what I'm doing either. That's why I love these boards....every question answered in no time!

The first time I tried to do it I had the same problem. I did it again the next day and it was OK. But I had 2 months before my trip. If you're want them soon, I'd call.

I'm not going til October, just trying to plan ahead & I thought it might be easier to get the card now & then just add the remaining dollars to it right before I go.
