How to rent Points?

We are planning on going home for the first time next March, we are this years points banked and will have next years points, but we will have some points left, can someone tell me how you go about renting them out? Thanks for your help.

From what I have gathered by reading this board hoping to rent some points for next year, you would post points to rent. You would state how many you have to rent, how much you want per point and what the use year is. Also state your home resort so people who want the 11 month window can get it.

You would cal and make the reservation in the renters name (some make this a 3-way call with renter on 3rd phone) after you received half the rental price for a deposit. The 2nd half would be due maybe 30 days before reservation. Non-reundable cancelation unless you can rent that time to someone else for same money. Writing up a contract is a great idea.
