How to Rent Points?

Not sure which forum to put this question. There are a few that I thought might be appropriate.

I find myself with 2 accepted offers with fully loaded points. Unless I plan a 3rd trip, I am going to have points that I may need to rent out. Assuming I get past ROFR.

I know I can use a 3rd party like David's. But to maximize my returns, renting direct appears to be my best option.

I want to give my clients the best service I can. To do that, I need to know proper procedure.

So, is the a 'how to' on renting out points. From agreements, cancellations, and pitfalls to collection and follow-up?

go to the rental site and read the tips at the top - they are generally for the public renting from DVC member - but they should work for you.
there was a contract here at one time that you could copy and use. it covered all your issues;.

Which rental site? I was on the Rental forum and there 4 stickies there. 3 from David's advertising his service and one that says how to use this board.
