How to rent GCH courtyard?

I always see the Courtyard reserved for private party events. How does one go about reserving it? I would love to do it for DM 50th, but I haven't found any info on the disneyland site.

Contact the meeting and event services dept at the GCH. Not an option you are going to find much detailed information about online.
