How to Rent Banked Points?

OK, I'm a real virgin here. I've no idea how to do this and if I really want to, but, hey, knowledge is power, so here goes.

I figured today, using Iankh's new MAC program that I have 44 banked BWV points that I need to use before March 31, 2008. The truth is we'll probably plan a small trip to WDW, but if I decided I wanted to rent them, how would that happen. I can't transfer banked points, right?

So, how would I go about renting them and what are the risks?

You cannot transfer banked points and they will expire at the end of your Use Year if not used.

Yes, you can make a reservation for someone and rent that reservation on the Rent/Trade Board. You can offer to make reservations for others or you can just reply to a request for a Reservation Wanted thread on the board and make the reservation once you have agreed to terms of the rental.

Be sure to read the suggestions about renting, plan to have a contract and enjoy the process!
