How to rent a golf cart and other?????

Looking to rent a cart from disney for the day. What number to call?
We would probably pick it up around noon and return it after the fireworks that night, where to return it. Will they accept it at 11pm?
Lastly what bus could i take, if there is one , that is shared with wilderness lodge(where we are staying).

Cart reservation line is open 9-5 daily, 407-824-2742 option 1. Carts are guaranteed pick up by 1pm every day however if they have carts available before then you can pick them up anytime. The cart return area is right near where you rent it from (behind the lobby). You can drop it off anytime as they have a drop box for your key to go in. The yellow Fort Wilderness bus runs its normal route through FW and then continues on to the Wilderness Lodge from the Forts Settlement bus stop. So when coming from the Lodge to the Fort you would take the Fort Wilderness bus, when it reaches the Forts Settlement bus stop you would just stay on and it would then proceed through the campground stopping a few times at bus stops within the Fort until it reaches the Outpost bus stop. You would then get off and walk across the street toward the Outpost and get your cart right behind the building on your right under the umbrella where you will see a golf cart cast member. If that umbrella is not open at noon and there are carts available you would go into the lobby and a front desk cast member would then get your cart for you.

Yep, corgidad's answer was pretty thorough. Not much else to add to it.

You can reserve carts up to a year in advance.

Two things I never imagined myself doing before. Paying $150 per night for a campsite and $67 per day for a golf cart! Can't wait for Spring Break to get here!!
