How to renew AP DVC online?

I have gone to the renewal page on https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/passholder-program/renewal-information/

and it takes me to register my tickets on MDE they are already registered yet it will not take me past this screen any thoughts on how to renew online? Thanks!

You have to call member services or go to Guest Relations to renew.

Yea I had a hard time with that too in January and finally was told you have to call ms to do it. Keep in mind with the current promotion until the end of April that May be a better choice.

A new DVC PAP for $484 plus tax. Must be purchased by 4/30/2014 and activated by 1/31/2015.
