So I had this 8x8 honeymoon scrapbook that I bought at Target a few months ago, and it had these two obnoxious labels on the front of it. Me, not paying attention to what I was doing started picking at them while blabbing away on the phone with my mom. Now the colorful part is picked off, but there is the big white stickery splotch on the dust jacket.

Any ideas on how to remove it?

I usually just put some soap on them and let it soak for a few minutes. You are talking about the plastic covering?

UN-Du! Wonderful stuff made for scrapbookers. Not only will it remove the yucky label, but if you misplace a sticker on your page, or a stamp on an envelope you decide to trash, you can take off the sticker or stamp, let it dry, and reuse it!

Nailvarnish remover will sometimes do the trick, but test it somewhere it won't show (to make sure it doesn't lift colour/melt it:scared1:) :thumbsup2

Depending on the surface you're taking it off of, a little vegitable oil will take off the sticky white too - I always use that for any hard surface where that gunk is stuck.

I agree with the previous post. I was going to say alittle margerine but veg oil will do the same then a little soapy water to clean off the margerine or veg. oil. The best part is no harsh chemicals.

I'm off to try margarine and veggie oil... Sadly my un-du could no un-do it.
