How to remove grey adhesive on back of gift cards

Hi guys, I'm nearly novel in this forum.
Today I post a topic here with aspiration to find some tips to cope with removing grey adhesive on back of gift cards. Can everyone share your ideas?

I peel the whole sticker off instead of scratching the silver part and then just rub on my jeans until no longer sticky.

Use a coin to gently rub the silver part off.
