How to Remove 1 person from a park reservation

I'm trying to remove 1 person from a 3 person park reservation, but I can't seem to figuere out how to do it. Appears only option is to cancel the entire thing and it is for sold out MK holiday week!
Is there a way to do this on the app or website?

Not that I've found yet. Had to do this for a future trip and did the cancel/rebook approach - but we had plenty of availability. Not sure I'd cancel anything in your situation, unless it's an absolute necessity.

On the website, go to your MyDisneyExperience tab. Click View Details for the park reservation. Select cancel. It will give an option of which people to choose.

That worked - thanks. Think I was scared to hit "cancel reservation" and have it go poof!

I completely understand. I was trying to change one day for Thanksgiving week a week or two out. I just canceled mine to see how it would go. Even though the availability calendar said there was availability, it wouldn't let me rebook mine to any park. So I thought. It turned out that I was looking at something weird and I really had changed it. I was waiting for Disney to answer my call when I figured it out.
