How to put in Room Request?

I have a trip for the first week of October for Poly standard studios. I did on-line check in but only gave buildings names as request. My first choice would be to Not be on the first floor before choosing location. Is there an email or phone number I can call to request a floor not on first floor and near an elevator?

I've struggled with specific DVC room requests for years. I've always called Member Services and they've handled the request(s) for me. I know it's not ideal, but for the type of requests you're looking at, I'd call.

OMG! Thank you so much. did not realize that DVC had a Chat feature. I tried chat on the main Disney website and was told to call. I was able to put in my request via DVC chat in a few minutes. Thank you!!

You just need to hit them up during the 23 minutes it's available every day.

Yes, CHAT is an excellent recommendation. But it can be difficult to find it available at times. It tends to be just as busy as the phone lines some days.

I have also use the MDE app chat to make a request. It is disappointing that the email option is missing from the webpage.

Have you used MDE chat to make requests for DVC rooms? That would be interesting.

Yes, I have use the MDE app chat to make room request. I do suggest using DVC webpage chat first, but if not available try the MDE app chat.

At this moment I see it as available, of course it could be gone in a second lol
I’m hovering over the tab “help and contact”, chat with a cast member is available in the drop-down menu and the chat tab is on the right side of the webpage.

note: I’m not logged in, could be DVC is thinking they can sell me some points

I finally just connected! I think you are right about not being logged in though. Several times it showed available, but as soon as I logged in it said not available.

I wouldn’t bother. I don’t even think they look at them.
