How to purchase discounted multi-day tickets with AP

Can anybody tell me how I go about purchasing multi-day tickets with the Annual Pass discount? Do I need to stand in line at the ticket window?

We are checking into PBH and will purchase an annual pass online for one member of the family which I assume we will pick up from the will-call kiosk.

If you have an activated AP, you should be able to either purchase online or by phone. If not, you'll have to wait until you arrive and activate the AP before purchasing tickets for the AP discount.

Given that the online discount isn't much less than the AP discount, I think I'll just buy them online.
