How to plan PS?

I posted this earlier but the title was misleading so I am trying again. We are going March 12-18 and it is coming up time for me to make PS for CP character breakfast at MK. I want to find out park hours, which days will be early entry and parades so we can work around those for the different PS I will be making. Does anyone know when these will come out? How do you plan around them when they don't post the hours?

I believe Early entry days are Sunday and Thursday. When you book PS they might be able to give you an estimat of when the park will open

I found the hours for the same month last year and used that as a guide. The park will open at 9 unless it's EE day I think.
