How to pick ADRs before Hour are released??

Hi everyone!

My 90 day window opens up June 20th for our September trip. This is a trip to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and my big 30th birthday too so you better believe I'll be calling them at 7am on the 20th! So my question is, how do you go about picking what days you want your ADRs for if Disney has yet to release the schedule for your trip. Anyone have tips on how you decided where to eat on what days?
