How to Pay it Forward?

So, I bought 6 DAH at the MK tickets for our family the end of this month. Now, my daughter and husband have to fly home early and will miss it. I’m totally bummed, but that’s life. Because the tix are non -refundable I would love to sprinkle some magic by giving the tix away. Since folks are warned not to take tix from anyone, how would I do this? I thought about giving them to the Concierge at the hotel to then give to someone who might enjoy/need them. Thoughts?

You can give them to me, haha.

I think handing them at the park and spreading some pixie dust is paying it forward and
You will feel so good about it!
Enjoy ur visit, despite the disappointment

Try going to Guest Relations first. They might refund them since they're unused. Not saying they will.

That's so nice of you! I hope it works out to sprinkle that dust :)
You just watch, this happening helps you some how ... not sure how, but we can only think positively, right?

Some people on here may trust to take tickets. Or maybe, any family or friends able to attend you can gift?

If it happens to be Jan 28th my mother and I would love your pixie dust. We planned a Disney “shopping” trip since we can’t swing tickets to the parks right now. We’re from NJ and just looking to get away from the cold. PM me if you like to chat further.

Don't you already need Park tickets to attend?
Edit: oh, guess not! That's cool :)

If you want to check, I'd make sure they won't refund them, with Disney you never really know until you talk to someone, I'd call and explain what happened and see.

As others mentioned, I would probably try for a refund first. If that doesn't work out, it would be such a nice gesture to gift them to someone and I'm sure whoever you pick will be so appreciative!

5-year old DD and I will be there on Jan 28th :). She's adorable, and did I mention loves doing anything after hours? Odd coincidence ;)

Check with Disney first, not just about the refund but some companies donate unused tickets to children’s organizations.

Go to Guest Relations, explain, ask for a refund. They might do it. If not, then you can give them away. Have a happy trip!

Agree with others—I’d ask for a refund first. Last summer I had two extra tickets to the KSC visitor center (which granted isn’t Disney, but still) and I tried all day with no takers :(. (When I got home, I did finally find a friend who was going and HE found someone who wanted them, so that was still good.)

Guest services might exchange them for another day at another park also. Can’t hurt to ask.

If you pick from this thread I would put PurpleJesus ahead of my request since she has a kid. :thumbsup2 It is just myself and my mom and we adults can find other things to do. :goodvibes
