How to pay for flights and trip?

So I don't have a credit card, just use my visa/debit.

I just opened a US dollar account to exchange money for my spending money but realized that won't work as it doesn't have a debit card and I don't want to carry cash at Disney.

So if I pay for my trip using my visa/debit card and book flights with it will i get a worse exchange rate?

Or is there another way to do this? I plan to just pay it all off at once before the dollar goes down and my flights are going up!!

Last time I did this I used a travel agent.

I don't have a credit card either and I pay for everything with my visa/debit. Never had an issue. The only time I had problem with it was renting a car from Budget, my name was not on the card.....so they had to call the bank to verify everything which took a long time. So I called my bank and they sent me over a personalized visa/debit card and haven't had any issues yet. Regarding the exchange rate, I don't think is any worse than it would be with a regular credit card.

Thank You for your response. I am just going to pay with my visa/debit. I am wishing I had applied for a credit card so I could get rewards for putting my trip on it and my flights. But that can be for next year's trip.
Going to pay for the flights now before they go up again.
