How to Pay Annual Dues Monthly?

I would like to set up my account to pay my annual dues through monthly auto-draft. I bought my contract resale in March '07.

I called MS Accounting and got someone who didn't ask my MemberId/Contract number or for any information. She just gave me a number to fax a voided check to and said to include member id. No form, no nothing.

Is this the general procedure? I am worried that they will just draft the whole annual dues amount.

Thanks!!

Other than Accounting wanted my contract # + my membership # on the fax, we had identical experiences. I'm calling back later today to confirm they got the fax okay ( I sent it Monday)

So if nothing else - you're not alone:goodvibes I'm not too worried, I would think most people who fax are for monthly set up. If someone wanted want to pay in 1 lump sum, I expect they'd just send in a check or call to pay via credit card - not fax in draft info.

Hang in there!

I wanted to start a monthly automatic deduction as well. So when I called last week, the Accounting Dept person said the will mail me a form to fill out and send it back with a voided check and Januarys payment that she broke down for my 2 contracts. Anyone have same experience?

When we bought ours through Disney in July had to fill out an "Automatic Payment Program Authorization" form and submit a blank check. There is place on the form to check off if I wanted mortage payments and/or annual dues taken out monthly.

I was able to get thru just a bit ago - they had my plain paper fax and everything was set-up. The only hiccup was they had not recalulated my monthly payment since I paid off half my dues w/ Disney Rewards Points.

Once htey got that straightened out I'm good to go and have my first draft next week~:lmao:

now I really do feel at home!:happytv:

DisneyFix...we had the same experience as you. It took them 3 weeks to send us the form, and we put it back in the mail within a few days (which by that point was Dec 26). I've tried to call to confirm they got it and all is in order, but the day I tried a got a busy signal repeatedly...now I'm waiting for a response to an email request to confirm.

I sure wish they'd just told us to fax the info in!

Has anyone had any problems with faxing it in?
Maybe it has to do with what state you are in?
Who knows?:confused3
Hey Tamar is there any way to tell online if you were credited with a payment?
