How to order an extra Magic Band

We are heading to WDW at the end of August. It will be me, ds24 and ds17. When I made the hotel reservations thru Priceline it only included me and ds24. I've tried to add ds17 via Disney but the rep couldn't help me...So My Disney Experience only lists me and ds24.

I need to order us all Magic Bands. Any idea how I can do this? My DisneyExperience is only allowing me to purchase two bands.

I see that I can order then through ShopDisney, but the cost is double what they are on MyDisney Experience.

I think you'll want to call Disney IT. 1-407-939-4357 to see if they can assist you. I'd be concerned if it's not letting you purchase a band that other glitches may happen during your trip.

Priceline owns your reservation until you check in, I would get in touch with them and update your party size to include everyone prior to the trip. Otherwise, you will have issues when you arrive if your dd is not a registered onsite guest. This includes room access, MDE and any other onsite perks like extra hours.

Agree- call Priceline.
This happened to me as well when we got a room at Pop thru Priceline. We had a mom/son trip and even though I put “2” on our reservation thru Priceline, the reservation ended up with only my name on it. I called Disney and they couldn’t fix it- they said to call Priceline. Priceline did eventually get it fixed to both our names, but it took a couple of days.
It was worth the hassle because we saved quite a bit.

Thanks everyone. I did an online chat with Priceline that was painfully slow, but within hours my son was added to MyDisneyExperience.
