How to omit the parking charge @ HRH when using a Townecar.

Who do I contact when checking in to prove I do not have a vehicle so I do not have to pay the daily parking charge of $15. I will be using a Townecar service and staying for 5 days. I do not want a $75 discrepancy to deal with when I check out.
 
We always use a towncar and I've never done anything to prove I didn't have a car. I've never seen a parking charge on my bill. They may have asked me at check-in if I had a car, but now I don't recall.
 
As Cinderella822 said, they take care of it at check-in. If you want to make sure it is on your reservation, just tell the front desk person to verify that you came by town car and are not parking.

Also, since mistakes can be made, it is always a good idea to check your billing on the tv each day just to make sure. It is much easier to correct a mistake when it happens rather than get surprised at check-out.

Charges are usually posted to your account and available for viewing almost immediately.

We caught the Hard Rock Cafe triple charging our room for a lunch we had as it was on our bill by the time we got back to the PBH. I was able to walk down to the front desk with the receipt in hand and show them what we had purchased and what had been charged. It was reversed immediately with no problems. And we found out later that this was a scam at the time by some HRC employees of running a room charge a couple of times and pocketing the difference. Most hotel customers don't look at their bill till the last day and most of the time there are so many charges on them that they miss a meal ran through several times.

We always check our bill in the morning to see what was updated overnight and then again when we return to our room. It takes 5 minutes and makes life so much easier to handle things when you are not in a rush to get to the airport.
 
Usually they ask you if you have parked your car. Like goofy! says, just check your bill to make sure no extra charges have been applied.
 

I oticed a few weeks ago at RPH that they are installing some type of gate system for self parking. Maybe you will have to use the room key to park now.

:thumbsup2 In June the HRH had that in place. We could not get in or out without swiping our room key.
