how to offer points for transfer/rent on DIS

I was wondering where would I post points for possible transfer/rent? Thanks for any help.

The DVC Rent/Trade Board on this site which you will find listed with the other DVC boards as long as you are signed in to the site. You need the read the thread "All New Threads Must be Approved ...," first when you get to the rent/trade board.
