How to maximize fp+ with 2 older and 1 young child

I'm trying to figure this FP+ thing out! Here's the deal. We have three kids 11, 8, and 3 (turns 3 day OF arrival). How should I set up fast pass to maximize number of rides? Ds1 will ride coasters. DS2 will not but will ride some that DS 3 won't (stars wars, dinosaur etc). So how should I set up FP so that my husband and I can utilize rider swap? I know one of us can use FP for a big ride and rider swap for the other. But how can we FP rides that my new 3 year old can utilize. I think I'm confusing myself

I couldn't figure out a way to really maximize it even with 1 older child that would want to ride all the rides. Seems the child would use the 3 FP+ up before the adults if you split it and then couldn't ride the other rides.

I haven't figured out a good system for this unless you are truely using child swap and none of your children are riding.
