How to make room requests

We have a studio at the BWV (preferred BW view) 6/26-7/1. I would love to have a great view of Illuminations (who wouldn't, right?). I am not sure how to request this with MS. I know they can't guarantee anything, but I thought I could try.

This will be our first trip home and we will be celebrating my son's 6th b-day!

Any advice?

Congratulations - you are all set! If you have a Preferred view - BW view room reserved, there is no need to request anything. All of the PV-BWV rooms will have a view of IllumiNations from the balcony - they all overlook the Boardwalk and Crescent Lake.

When we reserve the PV - BW view, we only request non-smoking and upper floor.

edited:Oops...for some reason I thought you said BCV and I put down some wrong information.

However, if you don't have any requests listed at this time, you still might want to contact MS if something like smoking or non-smoking room is important to you, or being closer to the elevators or higher floor rooms. And remember that the first request you list is what they will consider to be your first priority.

Thanks for your responses! I've already requested non-smoking, but I will add upper floor!
