How to make room request?

Hi, appealing to you experts: we're checking in soon to Aulani, we just want to request a highest floor available (studio), wondering how to make a room request? At 10 days out you can do online check in, but their "room request" option just lets you check a box for a ground floor room. No empty field to type in a request, lol.

You can call guest services, call the resort, or my favorite... email guest services and get an acknowledgement of your request in writing.
Actually you don't email them... go to dvcmember.com click on contact, click on guest services and you will get a form where you can enter your request. They email you back a response.
