When we have to make our 90-day payment, how do we make that payment? Do they charge the same credit card we used for the deposit or do we mail a check or what?

There are instructions with all the contract stuff, I believe. We made our deposit on a credit card and the larger balance with a cashiers check. Your planner should help you.

We used the same card for everything, when I had to make our 90-day payment and 30-day payment they told me to just email saying I authorize them to use my card they have on file. Otherwise I think you have to fill out a whole other authorization form.

I don't think so. It's like $1000 on top of the BEO total to cover overages etc...

I finally got an answer back from my planner about this. Wanted to answer the question for any future brides.

$1,000 from your deposit does count towards your minimum expenditure. So if your minimum expenditure is $10,000 and you already paid your $2,000 deposit then all you owe at 90-days is $9,000.

Also, there is a Wedding Payment Form that your planner should give you. You may have to ask for it. I certainly had not received it and they acted as though I should already have it. So check up on this if you didn't get it.
There are many options to pay with including credit card with a form you fax back to them, personal check, money order, cashiers check or wire transfer.

Hope that helps future brides!

That's not how it worked for us, but it all comes out in the wash. Could be another example of one person being told one thing and someone else another. :goodvibes
