Thanks for all your help. I looked at the disney dollars, but decided that they would use way too much printer ink to print each one. Call me cheap
I looked for play money, but couldn't find that. So, in the interest of long-term durability (we don't leave for almost a year), I bought multicolor index cards and disney stickers ($1/pack at Target!!!) and made dollars, fives and a very few 10s. DS and DD are thrilled. I haven't let them see them, but they watched me making them in the car. Just enough sight to be really intrigued. Now they're trying very hard to earn them!

I've also come up with a new way to use them. After losing our remote control for several days (never did find it ) I made a new house rule. Put the clicker back in its 'home spot' or lose a dollar! Guess who put it in the wrong spot. Both kids earned a dollar for that!

On the good side, you'll always know where the remote is...

Don't be surprised if the kids start hiding it - only to "find" it for you!!!
