How to make a room request?

I >know< there are no guarantees, but how do I submit a request for a floor or building now that I have my deposit paid? I didn't get any usable options online while booking...just the stuff for "pack and play". (Whatever that is. )

Call Disney reservations and ask them to add the request to your reservation.

That's why I book by phone, you have to phone reservations anyway to add room requests.

It was suggested to me on another link, if you were trying to access and upgrade on the website, that access thru Safari has been tricky. I will say so has Google Chrome, but Firefox should (I haven't tried it yet) MIGHT get it done!
