How to link Swan ressie to MDE?

I booked a stay for the Swan through Jetblue Vacations and now I want to link the ressie to MDE. Not sure of the best way to do that?

I actually called the Swan and they gave me the MDE number. Went a lot smoother than trying to link a ressie from Orbitz. Haha
