How to link resort reservation?

I’ve linked DVC resort reservations many times but am having a problem with it this time. I am using the confirmation number from the email confirming my reservation at BLT in November but when I try to link it in MDE app, it says it doesn’t match Disney’s records. I’ve tried it several times and I was sure this is how I did it the last 5-6 trips. Am I using the wrong number?

Also, I am confused by the wording on the app, it says “Room with Tickets”, well I don’t have a resort package with tickets, I have a DVC room and then will link my tickets separately.

Has something changed or am I doing something wrong this time?

Looks like you may need to call MS.

The system generally works pretty well, but like almost Disney IT, there are glitches. I'd definitely call MS to get it straightened out. Also, check your account at DVCMember.com, assuming you are the DVC Memeber and it is not a rented reservation, just in case the reservation number has changed for some reason.
