How to link a shared hotel reservation with a family member?

Hi just after some help/advice i will soon be making a reservation at the Campsite. This time my sister will be with us with her family so sharing a pitch.

How do i link the reservation to her so she has this showing on her MDE, as we do not want to have access to each others plans/fast passes nor share the card registered to the account.

Is it just as simple as her adding the reservation number on MDE and when i book the campsite ensure that all the names of her family are on the reservation?

Does she have an MDE account already? If so, you need to invite her to be in your friends and family. If she doesn't have an MDE account, you can create profiles for them and manage them.

I think that because you share a reservation, you'll have access to each other FPs, etc. I think the only way to keep your plans separate is if you are not sharing a reservation.
