How to include a spreadsheet in a post

I saw a post recently that had a spreadsheet in it. How is that done? I have a spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1_nu0PxlSZ29N04iyg1RCUv7LY-L6X3B5k8rEnI2pmj0 that I'd like to include in a post. It's a comparison of the Dream to the Fantasy. Is it possible to do? Thanks.

The only way that I know of is just how you did it-- provide a link for people to click on. The only other option I can think of is to convert it to an image file (like a .jpg) and load it to a photohosting site and then post it as an image.

When I had a spreadsheet I basically used an image, and made the image a link to the actual spreadsheet.
