How to handle these ressies

My sister and her family will be vaca with us at WDW in July. I have an AP she does not, she has AAA I do not. We already made connecting ressies through CRO with her AAA discount hoping to add an AP if they came through. They are staying for 7 days, we are staying for 9. IF the rumors are true and AP's are being released 4/30 and the package deal 5/8 I think it might be a better option for her to book the package. I have to see what the deal is before making a decision obviously BUT here's the dilemma: If AP's are released one week prior to the package should I still call and have the AP's applied and then if the package is a better deal for her, call and redo the ressie for them only?

If the AP rates come out a week earlier, I would definitely apply them to the room, and then redo it. I figure it's always better to get the best possible discount at any given time, and then switch it if something better comes along. It's better to get the discount when it comes available just in case for some reason the next deal isn't available.
