How to handle the bill

My sisters and I are off to WDW on Tuesday. I would like to know exactly how to use the dining plan when the bill arrives. We are going to link a credit card to our Key to the World card for charging.

We will probably have some alcoholic drinks and appetizers at some point for table service. I know I can charge those and the tip to the credit card but exactly how do I indicate that on the bill..

Not sure if I read your question correctly.....

Let your server know when you sit that you are on the dining plan.
When the bill comes they should take off your sit down credits and will show what the balance is. (if you ordered alcohol, or appy). To us, it looked like any other bill. Add in the gratuity and let the server know it is going on your room charge.
