How to handle $$$ in the parks without Magic Band...

I ask because the circumstances of how I carry money day to day is different from being at a theme park. I normally just use my debit card for everything but it's carried in a wallet, in my purse, which I'll have neither of in the parks. Just curious how other people do it.
If you have an iPhone, you can use Apple Pay. WDW was one of the first places to be set up with Apple Pay when it rolled out. Apple Pay is faster than using the new RFID credit cards.

I always have a bag, even with MB. I can't do WDW without carrying sunscreen. I often have a poncho, phone, small travel wallet, water bottle, park maps, medications. Sometimes my hat and sunglasses go in the bag for indoor attractions. I usually have my ID, credit card, and some cash in my shorts pockets.

Magic bands and the associated readers are not fool proof. One day mid-vacation(two weeks ago), we were at the bakery in France at Epcot. Got to the register and neither magic band would prompt for the pin. CM was completely useless. Had two choices...pay out of pocket or walk away. On way out of Epcot, stopped at Guest Services outside of park gates. MB's were fine. Either CM error or problem with reader.

Bottom line...always have backup(cash, credit cards or both) when touring parks.

I have a phone case that I could take off my phone, place a credit card and a $20 bill (folded) then put my phone back in the case. That's how I traveled without a purse at Disney this past fall. Worked great, and I knew it wouldn't fall out of a pocket (unless my whole phone did, which I would notice easier than a bill or a cc.)

Credit card and $20 in a fanny pack. I'm not fashionable, but it's easy and secure.

You probably want to carry some sort of small wallet because you won't want to go into the park without your ID and your medical insurance card.

I always have some way of securing items, usually a sling pack that I put my full Disney Harvey's wallet in, but if I want to just drop by a place quickly I wear cargos and put my phone, credit card, ID, medical insurance, and cash in pockets.

MB or not I always carry my ID, a credit card, Annual Pass, Health Insurance Card and some cash. I use a vera Bradley zip ID case that fits in my pocket or cross body bag.

I have had to provide ID when my finger scan didn't process properly when entering a park and have been carded to purchase alcohol. I have been in line with food only to find out the MB scanner was down and I needed alternate form of payment etc..
