How to give team members recognition?

Day 3 of first Universal trip. All I can say is WOW!!!! We are loving everything !!!

We have had several team members go the extra mile for us, and I would like to recognize their efforts. What is the best way to do this? Guest services? Or call the main number?

Go to Guest Services. Pretty sure there is a form you can fill out that will give them recognition.

I've gone to guest services a few times to fill out the form. Obviously, most people only go to complain because that's how the form was layed out IMO.

Go to guest services. They are so happy when they take comments for TMs.

Each day I am in the parks I always go to guest services to compliment TM 's

UO values the public opinion and the TMs that are praised by the guests can qualify for some special treat from UO

Usually a drawing for those TMs that are in the pool to win something nice
