How to get to Whitewater Snacks from DCA?

I keep hearing about what a great lunch place this is while at DCA, but how do you get to it from the park? Can you enter the GC directly from the park? TIA!

Yes.
You can exit DCA into the Grand. (The exit is near GRR) Go to the end of the hallway, turn left. Past the spa, fitness rooms and bathrooms is White Water Snacks. (pool is on your right) You see the "pool bar " sign prominently on your left, just before the pool bar window is a glass door for WWS. I think people miss it because it is tucked away and does not have distinct signage.

Also, a sign posted in the hall stating that the entrance into DCA is only for Grand guests is not true.
You can't enter thru there for your first entrance into the park for the day (must go to DCA gates or DL/monorail gates first), but you can go back into DCA from WWS for re entry (hand stamped).
I have never had a CM ask for hotel key to show proof of staying at the Grand.
