How to get to the Monorail from POP?

We wanted to ride the monorail the first night. How do we get to it from POP Century? Also, does it go to DD?

The monorail at WDW does not go to Downtown Disney. The one at DL does, though.

From Pop, you would need to bus over to either MK or EPCOT and hop on the monorail in front of one of those parks.

You can take the MK bus and get on the monorail there. You can ride it in a loop to the CR, TTC, Poly, and GF, then back to the MK.

Or you can take the monorail from the Mk to the TTC and change for the monorail to Epcot.

There is no monorail service to DTD, only to the spots I just mentioned.

The monorail does not go to Downtown Disney. It does go to the Contemporary Resort, Poly, and Grand Floridian, as well as MK (by way of the transportation and ticket center, and Epcot). I might suggest dinner at one of the monorail resorts and take a spin before your ADR. You will have to drive to the other resorts if you have a car. If you don't have a car, you can take a Disney bus to either Epcot or the TTC and then ride the monorail around before getting back on a bus to your hotel. You can't take the bus directly between resorts, but you can take a bus to Downtown Disney from your resort.
