How to get to the Flying Fish?

As many times as I've been to WDW, I've never been to the Boardwalk area. This time, my DH and I are thinking of going to Flying Fish....this is down on the Boardwalk right?

We are staying at the Poly this time.....what is the best way to get over there and what can we do after dinner?

Your best bet is to plan dinner there after a day at Epcot or MGM. From Epcot you can walk through the International Gateway or take the boat and from MGM you can walk or take the boat. Otherwise you have to take a bus from AK or MK etc or a Taxi etc

Like MQuara said the best way is to be at one of those parks before dinner. After dinner there are a lot of things to do on the boardwalk (Jellyrolls, Atlantic Dance or ESPN club) or you can go over to Epcot and catch Illuminations.
