How to get to Teppan Edo

First let me say, 63 days to go! . Okay, on to my real question. I need to get to Teppan Edo for dinner from Port Orleans Riverside. Is it faster to take the bus to Epcot to enter through the front or to take a bus to Disney Studios and then the boat to the back entrance of Epcot?

1) Take the bus to Epcot and walk through FW to WS and Teppan.
2) The other is the long way arrrround.

I agree with PP. The boat is acutally quite slow.
