I know I've read this here somewhere before. How do you get to SeaWorld by bus from DisneyWorld?? Do you know how long it takes? How much it costs??

Thanks in advance! :thumbsup2

Lynx run the 50 service from the TTC direct to Seaworld (no stops inbetween) - it's efficient and costs just over a dollar per trip per person - it runs about every half hour

What does TTC stand for? Last time we were in Disney we took a cab and it cost us $30 each way. Thats $60 round trip! :furious:

It's the Ticketing and Transportation Center up by the MK parking lot - next door to the Polynesian resort and right by the monorail station - if your not at a MK resort, the best bet is to get the bus to MK park and then the resort monorail or boat (to either Polynesian or the big ferry to the MK parking lot). You could also get the bus to Epcot from your resort and get a monorail from there.

Wow that is so great! Are you saying there is a bus there that takes you to Sea World? How much does it cost?? Do you need reservations? Sorry to ask all these questions, but as you can see we paid like $60 for a round trip cab ride to Sea World from Pop Century!! I would take the extra time to get to the TTC to save that much money! :woohoo:

The link to the Lynx bus service is on my previous post on this thread - I see the fare hs now increased to $1.50 per single trip - it's a public bus service but is pretty reliable - the schedule for the 50 service is on the Lynx site - the stop at the TTC can be identified by a pink paw print (and it's signposted as well - when you get off the monorail at the TTC keep far left and turn left around the gift shop there and the stop is the first one - at least it used to be). The bus stops right by the Seaworld parking lot.

I told my husband and he couldnt believe it. Thank you so much for sharing this info. We thought that paying $60 was the only way we could go to See World. Now we will definetly go again!! :cool1:

We went to Seaworld a couple of time from Pop Century via the TTC and the Lynx bus. The ferry to the TTC is the nearest option to cross to the TTC from the Disney bus stops and on one occasion when coming back in the evening we enjoyed watching the fireworks from Magic Kingdom while crossing from TTC on the ferry :)

wow, great information. Had a bad experience with the Mears shuttle this year which cost $45 round trip. Do they pick up at the same place and any idea when the last bus runs?

Last bus appears to be 9.39pm from Seaworld back to wdw - check out the timetable for Lynx on my previous post.

You get on the bus across the street from where the bus driver dropped you off - don't go to the small bus depot - ie don't turn right as you exit Seaworld gate - go back across the car park and the bus stop is ahead our side the entance to a large hotel - sorry can't remember the name of the hotel. You will be dropped back off at the TTC with no drop offs inbetween - journey takes about 15 minutes or so.

Hope this helps.

Now to really complicate things...what if somebody wanted to go from TTC to SW. Then from SW to Universal City Walk for dinner and then back to Disney. Anybody have any ideas how to do it? The Lynx bus looks like a great way to do the first leg. But I was a little lost trying to see if there was another route going from SW to Universal.

I am so glad I found this post! I've been fretting over figuring out how the heck to get to SeaWorld - the bus is perfect (and cheap!!). Now if there was a similar way to get to Busch Gardens!

Take the Busch Gardens Shuttle.

This is not the official site as it doesn't seem to be up right now. Just gives you an idea of where you need to be to get it. Looks consistant with the info I picked up in Seaworld's guest services a month ago. (Sorry, the info already made it's way in to the trash) If I go again soon I'll pick the flyer up again.

Thanks for the info about the Busch shuttle! Looks like you can take the Lynx bus to SeaWorld and then get the shuttle from there...or maybe take a taxi to SeaWorld so you are on time for the shuttle?

Okay, the shuttle from SeaWorld to Busch has two departure times...anyone know how many RETURN times they have? I'm already having nightmares about getting stuck in Tampa!

Looking at the Lynx website, what is the route we would take from TTC to Seaworld? Thanks!
