How to get the Walt or Roy Suite

Disney's prices don't vary very much between TA's.

I know we're talking higher catagories here, but you just never know.....
I will have to disagree with that. We did not book one of the higher catagories, we booked CAT 11, family of 4, land/sea, no air, no transfers. We called, I would say, about 10 different travel agents. You are right that there was really no difference between about 8 of them, but then we called AAA and got it almost HALF of what the other TA's quoted us. I then gave another TA a shot and asked her if she could beat AAA's price - She did by $50 so we went with her because she was a local and we like to patronize our local businesses.
CAT 11 - $4500
AAA - $2800
My TA - $2750
And that was booking 10 months in advance! Also, we had a very large group and could not get a group price for that cruise (don't know why) so that $2750 price was NOT a group price. I asked for a group price with ALL the TA's and they said that Disney was just not giving them. However, we did receive our own personal party in the Cadillac lounge after the Sail Away party. It was wonderful

So it is certainly worth the extra effort to "find the needle in the haystack" and search out a good price, it's always there!
