I just noticed that my sister's return flight went down in price by more than 50 bucks and it is not a "Ding" fare. Can she get a credit for future travel on SW for the difference? If she can how?
Flight from SAT to MCO using Southwest ...
Thanks for the info.

When that happened to me, I just called and rebooked. The credit helped pay for our next trip.

On the Southwest website, if you go into "Travel Center" there's a link to "Change Air Reservation".

I called the other day to change my reservation to a less expensive one, and that's what they told me to do. Now all I need to do is find out how to access my credit for the next time. I got an e-mail confirmation about the cheaper airfare, but I don't know where my credit is.

Can anyone help?

There is also a link in the "travel center" to view and apply ticketless travel funds.

how do you apply it to a ding? I bought tickets already and now there is a ding, do i need to cancel my other ones and then apply the credit to the ding?

Yes, you need to cancel and apply your ticketless travel credit towards the new(ding) tickets.

If you get a lower fare but the same itinery you can call the refund department and they will credit your credit card the amount. They did it for me.
