How to get silly putty out of a shirt?

OK, my DD (AKA the messy one) got silly putty on her shirt. How in the world do I get it out????!!!!! I sort of need to because it is her dance teams tshirt.

Try using Goo Gone.

I have used it before to remove ground in silly putty from a comforter. After I laundered the comforter, there was only a faint shadow of color left behind.

I know ice works on gum and it has a similar consistency to silly putty.

Before I tried any cleaners I would put the shirt in the freezer for a couple hours and see if it dries/cracks off. If it works you can try a couple rounds of that and then use a cleaner product to get any remaining residue.
