How to get organized with my Trading Pins?!

I am disparately seeking help on how to get organized with my pins! I have a zip up case they are in now, and I bought one of those binders on our last trip. However, when I put the pins in it, it was bulging so I couldn't store it. I want to figure out a way to keep my pins organized and not so overwhelming. I am getting quite a collection and I don't want to lose any as well.
Please help?!
