How to get moss to spread.

No kidding, completely serious.

If you want moss to grow and spread (like in between bricks, along a walkway, etc.) take some of your moss, put it in the blender with some buttermilk, blend and pour into the areas you want the moss to grow.

I have always wanted to try this but I wasn't sure if it was for real or just one of those wives tales. I love moss. I lined the walked into the backyard with moss we transplanted from the mountains. I'll have to try this to fill in some holes.
