Resort monorail to TTC (Ticket & Transportation Center), change to the express Monorail to EPCOT.

Your best bet is to take the monorail to Epcot - you will have to transfer monorails at the Ticket & Transportation Center.

You could always take the boat to WL and take the bus to Epcot from there

Definitely take the resort monorail to TTC, then hop on the EPCOT monorail.

Taking both Monorail's is the best way because from the Contemporary - TTC is a very fast ride since it's the very next stop after leaving the Contemporary, then when you arrive at the TTC it's an easy walk over to the Epcot Monorail section.

The fastest would be to drive.
If you have to rely on WDW transportation, then the monorail to TTC and the Resort Monorail to CR is the best route.
