How to get from Courtyard to BCV?

What is the best/cheapest way for us to get from the Courtyard by Marriott to the BCV? There will be 3- 5 of us and luggage...
 
I got a quote of about $12 for a cab from the Courtyard by Marriott to Beach Club Villas. Not bad at all!
