How to get Cinderella's Royal Table in September

Hello all! You may all laugh at me after reading this.

A co-worker is going to Disney World this September and just tried to call and book a meal for Cinderella's Royal Table (with the princesses) for her and her daughter. She of course was told that nothing was available.

She just emailed me because she knows I'm a big fan of the World. (I wish I would have told her to call 180 days out!)

Any possible suggestions on how I can help her make this possible for her and her daughter? What should I try doing? I'm a stay at home mom so I was thinking I could try calling every day, but would anything even open up?

Hi, we had called last week (thru our travel agent) and then we got to get a resevation at CRT for 4:10 on the 16th of Sept. We were told that because of the free dining program there is not really any openings at many of the character meals. We had a really hard time getting the reservations that we wanted. I wish you much luck with getting one, perhaps check the posting on here that people are giving away their reservations for Sept.

when you call tell them that your party is for 2, then if they have nothing for you call back and then say that you have a party of three, and keep doing the same thing adding a person until you get your reservation, thats worked before

I wouldn't think it would be necessary to make things up....just keep calling, and more likely than not, something will open up. Is your friend flexible about what meal it is, and flexible about times? We were able to get CRT about 35 days out last summer - dinner at 8:10. I had no idea either at that time, that one needed to call 180 days out! Things open up all the time, just keep trying!

In the mean time, you might suggest another princess meal that might still be available. I know the restaurant in Norway (Epcot) and 1900 Park Fare both have princesses. If she can get a reservation for one of these now, then she'll have a princess dinner, even if she can't get CRT. Of course, she can still keep trying for that one and just cancel the backup if she gets lucky.

I just called and made my ADR for CRT at 815am on September 9th. I just asked if there were any openings between 9/8 and 9/14 for CRT. We are a party of six.

I was able to book CRT about 40 days out for spring break. I was flexible about what meal (breakfast and lunch both have the princesses... supper is Cindy, the Fairy Godmother and the mice). and did just keep calling.

The CM told me that it's best to call right at 7am EST when trying. She also said stuff also opens up sometimes 2 days before. (You have to cancel 48h out to get a refund. It is a prepaid meal...)

I'm going in Sept. with my niece and a family of 4. I tried getting seperate tables as I wanted to make sure we each had our own photo package. I was told that there aren't very many tables for 2 at CRT.

Out of 11 ADR - I managed to get 4 seperate tables. I thought the family would like some dining time alone and I wanted some dining time alone with my niece. I booked them at the same hr or within 5 min of each other.
