We have arranged for a one day excusion and have arranged for a car rental from National for one day. How to we get to the national car rental on the disney property from our hotel

It depends on where you are staying. The National Office is at The Dolphin so you can grab a bus to MGM and take the boat or walk over or you can walk through the International Gateway from Epcot to the Dolphin
