How to get a new guide?

Our original guide was terrific, but she moved on. We were given a new one, and I am having a hard time working with her. She doesn't return calls, no follow-up. I'm done with this chick. How do I get a new one?

Just let them know you want a new guide.

Our daughter and son-in-law were so offended by their guide they refused to speak with her again. They demanded a new guide on the spot and got one. Too bad for the original guide, she missed out on the sales of 3 direct contracts.

Call the main sales number and ask for a manager. Explain to them why you would like a new guide to be assigned to you.

We actually got one thru the website chat. I gave them our info and asked for a specific new guide by name. We were transferred to him in chat and he called back a couple hours later when i was done with work to finalize our new purchase. It was seamless and we haven't had to deal with the awful old guide since!!
